February is Black History Month

As a reference parents, here are Coretta Scott King's Children's Book Award Winners for children on Common Sense Media. 

Pre-K 100's Day

We enjoyed seeing students dressed up in 100 day shirts and also as special agents and wise 100 years olds! Students were hired into the TKS spy agency, complete with badges, and were assigned case file Zero the Hero! As they followed many clues, students took their work very seriously. 

Reminder: Valentine's Day Party & Box Preparation

This year's Valentine's Day party is Friday, February 14th. Parents are welcome to join the fun.

 

We encourage you to make a fun box with your little one. We can’t wait to see all of the fun ideas! Please also bring Valentines cards with your child’s name on each card. Students enjoy putting cards in their friends' boxes. This is a great time for your child to practice writing and recognizing their name.
